Nick Aldis has now officially joined WWE.
During the October 13 airing of WWE SmackDown, Triple H announced that Adam Pearce was elevated to the position of General Manager of RAW. Subsequently, Nick Aldis was introduced and took on the role of the new General Manager of WWE SmackDown.
Nick Aldis has finalized his contract with WWE, making him no longer available as a free agent.
Aldis initially collaborated with WWE in a producer capacity on a provisional basis starting in August. After his debut, indications suggest he’ll be seen more in an on-screen role. At present, it remains uncertain if he will maintain his producer responsibilities. According to sources, Adam Pearce has juggled both on-screen and producer duties for quite some time.
Further insights revealed sources complimenting Aldis on his professional demeanor. Some mentioned his drive to maximize every opportunity presented to him, regardless of the role.
Aldis, a distinguished two-time NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion, made it public that he was parting ways with the company as 2022 concluded. He then briefly resurfaced in IMPACT Wrestling, making appearances up to the Slammiversary weekend.
