Thunder Rosa Injury Update

Thunder Rosa, sidelined for over a year due to a back injury, is on the brink of her highly-anticipated ring return. This injury forced her to withdraw from the AEW Women’s Title defense at the All Out 2022 event, leading her to vacate the title.

While away from in-ring action, Rosa lent her voice to All Elite Wrestling’s Spanish commentary team. Her most recent bout saw her emerge victorious in a trios match back in August 2022.

Sources indicate she underwent training in San Antonio, Texas, alongside former WWE Superstar Shoichi Funaki this past July.

Dave Meltzer’s recent report suggests fans won’t have to wait much longer; Thunder Rosa is projected to return imminently.
