AEW Collision Preview

AEW is set to light up Salt Lake City’s Maverick Center this Saturday night, marking its first return since 2020. This edition of COLLISION is loaded with anticipation! Adam Copeland will make his COLLISION debut, and two titles are up for grabs: FTR’s defense of the AEW Tag Team Titles against Big Bill and Ricky Starks, and Eddie Kingston will defend his ROH World Championship against the formidable Komander. The action doesn’t stop there; “Timeless” Toni Storm squares off against Kiera Hogan, and Bryan Danielson and Kyle Fletcher are prepped for a showdown.

Ensure you’re tuned in early; COLLISION kicks off at a unique 7:00pm ET/6:00pm CT on TNT. Don’t forget to check out AEW’s official YouTube channel for the latest highlights from DYNAMITE and RAMPAGE, including the recent CONTROL CENTER updates.

The Scene Is Set for Saturday:

  • The Debut That’s Got Everyone Talking: Since halting Christian Cage, Luchasaurus, and their latest cohort Nick Wayne from assaulting Sting and Darby Allin at WRESTLEDREAM, Adam Copeland has been on a roll. After an unexpected reception on DYNAMITE and the subsequent fallout with his long-time friend Christian Cage, Copeland is set to make his mark on COLLISION.
  • Women’s Singles Action: After a whirlwind few weeks marked by betrayals and emotional upheavals, former 2-time AEW Women’s World Champion Toni Storm, now dubbed “Timeless,” is back. She’s facing Kiera Hogan, a rematch from their bout six months ago on AEW DARK. Who’ll come out on top this time?
  • Tag Team Championship Fever: FTR is defending their AEW World Tag Team titles for the 10th time, this round against Big Bill and Ricky Starks. A victory would cement FTR’s place in AEW history, surpassing the record held by both The Young Bucks and the Hangman/Omega team.
  • ROH World Championship Showdown: Komander gets another shot at the ROH World Championship, but this time he’s up against Eddie Kingston. After defending his title against Katsuyori Shibata, Kingston faces a new challenge in Komander’s unique Lucha style. Can Kingston uphold the legacy of the ROH World Title?
  • Singles Match: As Bryan Danielson gets ready for his title contender match, he’ll first face Kyle Fletcher. With a championship defeat behind him, Fletcher is keen to get back in the game. However, facing Danielson is no small feat.

This COLLISION promises to be a thrilling ride. With two title matches, the debut of Adam Copeland, and intense singles matches, Salt Lake City’s Maverick Center is the place to be this Saturday night. Make sure you’re there at 7:00pm ET/6:00pm CT on TNT.
