This new venture, unveiled on Friday (October 20), is aptly named ‘Six Feet Under with Mark Calaway’, where he aims to engage in “profound conversations” reflecting on his extraordinary wrestling journey in a podcast format.
The description of the Patreon elucidates: “Embarking on over 30 years on the road as a distinguished professional wrestler has cultivated numerous tales, both within the wrestling ring and beyond.
“Mark intends to unveil weekly narratives, likely unfamiliar to many, while nostalgically navigating through some of his most monumental matches that have captivated audiences.
“For enthusiasts immersed in the realm of pro wrestling, desiring an exclusive glimpse behind the curtains into the existence of one of the most legendary wrestlers ever, prepare yourselves to delve Six Feet Under with Mark Calaway!”
Various subscription tiers are available for enthusiasts, priced at $5, $6, and $10 monthly.
New episodes are slated for release on Wednesdays for subscribers of the $5 tier, and Mondays for the $6 and $10 tiers. Admirers in the $10 category will possess the privilege of forwarding questions for Calaway to address in forthcoming episodes.
Calaway concluded his wrestling saga in 2020, triumphing over AJ Styles in a remarkable ‘Boneyard Match’ at WrestleMania 36. His legendary status was further cemented with an induction into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2022.
