Former WWE sensation Tammy Sytch has been labeled a “threat to society” while she waits for her sentencing on multiple counts.
The renowned 50-year-old Hall of Famer, once the most searched celebrity on AOL in 1997, recently entered a no contest plea for a grave DUI charge that resulted in a fatality.
Initially charged in May 2022, Sytch faced allegations of causing the demise of a 75-year-old man in a drunken driving incident. Although she originally pleaded not guilty, she reversed her plea in a Volusia County courtroom in August.
With her sentencing scheduled for the upcoming month in the Seventh Judicial Circuit Court, Florida State Attorney RJ Larizza has issued a strong recommendation.
As cited by PWInsider, a recent memorandum states: “Tamara Lynn Sytch poses a significant threat to the community, evidenced by her historical behavior and the present offense.”
Sytch potentially stares down a 26-year prison sentence, with the State opining that such a sentence is apt for her.

The memorandum further highlights: “Sytch’s habitual DUI offenses without a legitimate license exhibits a stark disregard for the law. The State firmly believes that only the maximum sentence can safeguard the community from her recurring hazardous deeds.”
Incarcerated since May 2022, Sytch was implicated in a collision that occurred in March of the same year, where it’s alleged her vehicle rear-ended another that was stationary at a traffic signal in Florida.
Apart from her DUI plea, Sytch also pleaded the same for a serious charge of driving with a suspended license leading to death, alongside other misdemeanor counts associated with DUI.
In the past, Sytch has faced accusations of driving under influence and has been detained on multiple occasions, including an episode in 2019 in New Jersey, for related offenses.
